I have approx. 23 years of work experience from the media and IT industry. My full resumé is available on Linkedin.

My strengths
I am a pragmatic and communicative hands-on UX designer who loves to create simple and value-creating solutions for both users and customers. I am used to designing for both web and app, have an ability to quickly understand the big picture of a problem and am often told that I am transparent, structured and educational in my working method and communication. I tend to create a positive atmosphere in the team and find it easy to build trust with stakeholders.

Accessibility has been a natural part of my work throughout my career, and I have deepened my knowledge in the last two years. I have also worked with design systems in various forms for many years and am comfortable setting them up, maintaining them and adapting them to the needs of different customers.
Where I thrive
Ideally, I'm involved in the entire design process – but I know that value can be created both in the big and the small. My years in different projects have taught me to stay flexible and adapt my methods to the context – depending on time, budget, team maturity and risk.

I thrive in varied environments and quickly find the right level, both strategically and hands-on. I'm happy to step in where needed, which has led to hybrid roles in recent projects – driving the design process while also supporting as Scrum Master and product owner. (While I see these hybrid roles as a strength, my long-term focus is on product design.)
My future
I have done a lot, but I know that I am far from being able to do everything. I want to continue to grow in my role as a UX designer, preferably in complex projects where there are many perspectives to take in and coordinate. Given the opportunity, I am happy to explore more of the hybrid roles, where I get to combine hands-on design work with strategic responsibility.

I don't really see a finished role ahead of me, but am curious about where my skills can be of greatest benefit – and what I can learn along the way. My strength lies in my adaptability. The most important thing for me is to understand, explore and improve – regardless of the size or shape of the project. I see it as a privilege to work with everything from small details to large structures, as long as it leads to something that is better for the users and the business.
I'd be happy to hear from you:
