Concept and design for a website where the results from the research project "Increased innovation capacity" are presented in an interactive, informative and engaging way.

About the project

Commissioned by Linköping University (LiU) and the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation (SVID) to present the results from the research project "Increased innovation capacity" in the form of a responsive website.

The purpose of the research project was to develop proposals for how to strengthen innovation capacity within the sectors and industries that are linked to Vinnova's strategic innovation program.

My role

As a UX/UI designer, I developed the concept and design for a responsive website where the results from the research project "Increased innovation capacity" would be presented in an interactive, informative and attractive way.

For this, I conducted workshops with the client's representatives, reviewed the information base and the technical requirements, and brainstormed ideas for the graphic design. After the research phase, I presented a design proposal in the form of sketches and a simple clickable prototype, which was then tested and evaluated together with the project team and the developers, who then took over.

This was a strongly time-limited project that required effective collaboration, focused workshops, and a shared understanding to work out an MVP that could then be built upon.

I worked with Liska in a project with high ambitions but a very limited budget, which required smart and smooth processes to make the results and message from the project come across. Liska really contributed to this. Her skills as well as her creativity and agility really added value to our project.

With her skills in UX and Interaction Design she was one of the main contributors to make complex information graspable and interesting. I would love to work with Liska again!
